Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period

The Rental Period will be specified in the Rental Agreement and begins at the indicated start date/time and ends at the indicated return date/time.

2. Rental Fee

Rental fees are listed on the “Rentals” page of Rental Company website as specified for each golf club rental set.  Rental fees are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the golf clubs in same condition as rented (aside from normal and reasonable wear).  Deductions from the deposit and additional charges may apply to cover late fees, lost/damaged clubs, lost/damaged head covers, or administrative costs incurred by Rental Company due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

4. Condition of Golf Clubs

Renter acknowledges that the golf clubs have been inspected and are in good condition at the time of Rental Agreement start date/time. Renter agrees to return the golf clubs in the same condition as rented (aside from normal and reasonable wear).

5. Delivery/Pickup

Renter must be physically present and provide a valid government-issued photo identification at time of club rental delivery or when Renter picks up rentals directly from Rental Company. Delivery and/or pickup are available for a fee of $1/mile (up to 30 miles from Rental Company address). Renter may incur additional fees if delivery/pickup appointments are missed by Renter.

6. Loss or Damage

Renter is responsible for the golf clubs, head covers, and golf bag, during the rental period. If the golf bag, or any golf clubs or head covers, are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, Renter agrees to pay for the replacement based on the cost in Exhibit B – Replacement Cost Schedule.  See Exhibit B – Replacement Cost Schedule at the end of the Terms and Conditions.

Normal wear includes minor scratches and surface wear consistent with ordinary play. Determination of what constitutes “normal wear” is at the sole discretion of Rental Company. Renter authorizes Rental Company to charge additional fees to the card on file or withhold amounts from the deposit for such loss, theft, or damage.

7. Use of Equipment

Renter agrees to use the golf clubs in accordance with all applicable rules and guidelines of the golf course and to return the equipment at the end of the Rental Period as specified in Section 1.

Renter agrees not to sublease, lend, or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment to any third party and to use it in a safe and responsible manner.

8. Indemnity and Liability

Renter assumes all risk of injury or damage arising from use of the rented golf clubs and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property arising out of the use, misuse, or failure of the equipment during the Rental Period.

9. Late Return

Late returns may result in additional fees.  Hourly charges ($15/hour) or the full daily rental rate will apply to late returns. Rental Company reserves the right to deduct late fees from the deposit or charge the card on file.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Rental Period start date/time will be charged the equivalent of one full day’s rental fee. If Renter misses a scheduled delivery appointment, it will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours of the Rental Period start time and daily rental rate and delivery fees will apply.

11. Governing Law

Rental Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, AZ.

12. Credit Card Authorization

By signing this Rental Agreement or submitting payment, Renter authorizes Rental Company to charge the card on file for Rental Fee, Late Return, Loss or Damage, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
